Good service

Had an appointment at 9 a.m. they didn't get my vehicle in until 1:30 p.m.

Thank you for the feedback. We had you scheduled to drop your vehicle off with us at 9 a.m. for the day. We had it scheduled for an oil change, knock in the engine, and no heat. When we initially looked at your vehicle the knocking noise was something we wanted to have our lead technician take a listen to before doing any repairs. Once he had a chance to take a look at your vehicle it was determined you needed extensive repairs and did not charge for our service. I do apologize we had to give you bad news. We do take feedback seriously and can see where a call letting you know we were waiting to have our lead technician inspect the noise in your vehicle would have been helpful but we assumed when you dropped your vehicle off that we had it for the day and didn't want to scare you with bad news until we knew for certain.

I was traveling through Indiana to Ohio when my check engine light came on. I really didn't know what to do as I was unfamiliar with the area and concerned the vehicle was going to break down. After encountering several shops on the main Avenue, Midas included, no one wanted to help as they were closing for the day. I turned down a road by chance on Voorhees and saw this repair shop. Jacob came out to greet me and after listening to my story he did not hesitate to help me. He scanned the code and assured me the car is ok to drive. Jacob is an Angel in disguise. You have no idea how that one interaction with a person can make you feel. I made it to my destination to see my daughter at College in Findlay, Ohio. I returned home safe and sound. This auto shop is top notch and has wonderful people working there. Thank you Jacob.

Very accommodating in scheduling appointments. You are able to wait for the car as its being serviced. Fast efficient service.

I have use this company ever since I moved to Terre Haute five years ago. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. They always do such a fantastic job and the pricing is very reasonable. They only six what needs to be fixed and don’t try to talk you into other things. They will point out upcoming things that might need to be addressed. As a woman, I feel very comfortable and working with them.
