When a large dealership in town (F*s*n) made a huge "mistake" during a routine oil change, and refused to take responsibility for it, I could not have been more thankful for the decent and kind--hearted employees at Garvin & Lidster who were able to remedy the situation. They treated me with respect, and even walked me through the details pertaining to what happened at the previous dealership. They were transparent every step of the way.
